Who this is for
For Turvio Pro, the customer is the controller and DMVH.eu NV is the processor. The data processing agreement sets the customer's instructions and our duties under article 28 of the GDPR. Enterprise customers can agree their own DPA.
What we process
On the customer's instructions we process employee accounts, recipient e-mail addresses and phone numbers, and the content of deliveries, only to provide Turvio Pro. Content is encrypted. We do not use it for our own purposes.
Our duties
We process only on documented instructions. People who can access the data are bound to confidentiality. The security page describes the measures. We assist the customer with requests from data subjects, with breach notices and with audits, as the DPA will set out. At the end of the service we delete or return the data. If an instruction appears to breach the law, we tell the customer.
Subprocessors
The subprocessors are listed in the privacy notice: our own EU data centre, our own mail relay, Spryng for SMS, and Mollie for Pro payments. The DPA will say how we inform the customer before we add or replace a subprocessor, and how the customer can object.
